Beacon Technologies was selected by the building construction team for the installation and integration of the CCTV System, as well as the Structured Cabling, Access Control, Fire Alarm and AV systems. Beacon Technologies also participated in the initial design and budgeting process during the Design/Planning phase of the project. Comprised of 25 stories of commercial office space, Beacon provided one of Nashville’s newest premier office buildings their entire technology package with Security leading the way.

In addition to 222’s core building design and system installation, Beacon has been selected as the Low Voltage provider on a majority of the tenant build-outs over the last 12 months and continues to provide Security and technology solutions today, most recently completing the build-out on the ground floor of 222 –  Nashville’s newest restaurant The Green Pheasant, where Beacon designed and installed their CCTV, Cabling, Fire Alarm and AV systems.

Beacon was selected to assist with the design of the Fire Alarm system and be solely responsible for it’s installation and commissioning in this large scale hospital addition and renovation. Beacon continues to work in this facility as the Fire Alarm installation contractor as the multi-phase construction of this hospital continues.

Beacon was proud to have been asked to design the complete renovation of the Country Music Hall of Fame’s distributed CCTV system and security control center.

Beacon has worked on the design team over the last 2 years for this ongoing construction project in the heart of downtown Nashville. In addition to assisting with the design of the leading edge GPON type Structured Cabling system, the CCTV and Fire Alarm and AV systems, Beacon will be performing the installation of all of the low voltage systems in this premier development.

The 4 Seasons project is scheduled to open in early 2022.

Dream Hotel Printer’s Alley, Nashville Tennessee

Beacon Technologies participated in the design, budgeting and installation process for the Dream Hotel – Printer’s Alley. Dream’s construction took place in the heart of Nashville’s historic Printer’s Alley, and security was on the forefront of the owner’s minds when they enlisted Beacon’s help for this project. Beacon is responsible for installing all of the security in this hotel including the latest in security integration with their CCTV and Access Control systems.
